FAQs

QUESTIONS ABOUT YOUR ORDER

Where do you deliver to?

We can deliver all over the world, although please note that due to rights reasons each book may have its own geographic restrictions on where we can sell and these will be shown on the product page. Apologies for any disappointment if we’re unable to ship a specific book to your country.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery time will vary based on your location. Within the UK and mainland Europe, we aim to deliver within 2-5 working days via a tracked service. For global destinations, please allow up to 21 days for delivery via a tracked service.

Does the price cover all import costs for international customers?

Our fees cover delivery only; international customers may be liable for additional import or customs fees, depending on the laws and regulations in your country. These will be payable directly by you upon receipt of the items.

Can I amend an order or shipping address?

Unfortunately we cannot make any amendments to your order or shipping details once submitted. If the item hasn't been shipped, you may be able to cancel your order from your account area or by contacting Support@whiterabbitbooks.co.uk, and you may then place a new order subject to item availability.

Are items in my cart reserved for me?

Items in your cart are not reserved, so please complete your purchase to avoid disappointment if ordering a limited edition product.

Will my book be signed?

If a book comes signed by the author/s that will be clearly stated in the product description.

For queries about your order that are not covered by these FAQs, please contact Support@whiterabbitbooks.co.uk. This support email is only for questions and support regarding online orders. For anything else, please see below.

GENERAL WHITE RABBIT QUERIES

I have written a book. Can White Rabbit publish it?

Due to the high number of submissions we receive we are only able to accept proposals for new projects via literary agents. There are many fantastic agents who specialise in music-related publishing; the Writers and Artists Yearbook is a good place to start in finding them, or by researching which agents represent books or writers you are a fan of that you think may have a similar readership to your own. We are also always happy to chat to new writers at events and offer advice where possible, so do come and say hi.

I’d like to invite your author to an event or media appearance

For any press or event queries please email publicity.enquiries@orionbooks.co.uk in the first instance, and they will be able to redirect you to the best contact to help.

I have a question about rights/permissions for one of your books

If you would like to enquire about the rights to publish one of our titles in a different territory, language or format, or for any film/TV-related queries,  please email rights.enquiries@orionbooks.co.uk

Can I work for White Rabbit?

We are a very small team but are part of the Orion Publishing Group, a division of Hachette UK, and any vacancies in our team will be advertised on the Hachette website. Keep an eye on our social media too, as we will usually mention any job opportunities on there as well.
